Project Summary:

This community project included a 360º sq. meter outdoor pool, 500 sq. meters of change areas, washrooms and administrative space as well as associated landscaping and perimeter fencing. The pool itself is comprised of a slide and diving are, swimming lanes and leisure pool features. TASK delivered the project well within the budget requirements, while increasing the scope through additional work and exceeding expected contingency amounts by $191,000.
