Description

100nm DOPC/CHOL/mPEG-DSPE Liposomes labeled with Fluorescein DHPE refers to liposomes composed of specific phospholipids and cholesterol, incorporating polyethylene glycol (PEG) and labeled with a fluorescent dye. PEGylation using mPEG-DSPE can improve liposome stability, circulation time, and biocompatibility by forming a protective layer on the liposome surface. PEGylation with mPEG-DSPE enhances the liposomes’ circulation time in the bloodstream, making them suitable for drug delivery applications with prolonged release profiles. In addition, the incorporation of Fluorescein DHPE enables the use of these liposomes in imaging applications, such as fluorescence microscopy or in vivo imaging studies.
