Description

BP Fluor 568 DBCO refers to a compound that combines a fluorescent dye, BP Fluor 568, with the reactive group DBCO (Dibenzocyclooctyne). It can react with azides via a copper-free “click chemistry” reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. The conjugate can be used for fluorescence microscopy to visualize and study the localization of labeled targets in biological samples. BP Fluor 568 DBCO is also applicable in flow cytometry experiments for the detection and analysis of labeled cells.
