BP Fluor 568 DBCO, 6-isomer indicates a specific isomeric form of the compound that combines the fluorescent dye BP Fluor 568 with the reactive group DBCO (Dibenzocyclooctyne). Dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO, DBCO, ADIBO) is one of the most reactive cycloalkynes for copper-free click reaction (SPAAC, strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition). BP Fluor 568 is a bright, photostable, and hydrophilic fluorophore that emits in the orange channel. The absorption maximum is 572 nm. BP Fluor 568 DBCO, 6-isomer, can be used for fluorescent labeling of biomolecules, proteins, peptides, or cells. The resulting conjugate emits light at 568 nm, suitable for various fluorescence imaging techniques.
