100nm DOPC/CHOL Liposomes labeled with Oregon Green 488 DHPE refers to liposomes composed of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) and cholesterol (CHOL), with the addition of Oregon Green 488 DHPE (1,2-dihexadecanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(5-carboxyfluorescein)), which is a derivative of phosphatidylethanolamine labeled with the fluorescent dye Oregon Green 488. Oregon Green 488 can be used in FRET studies, providing a tool for investigating molecular interactions and conformational changes in membranes.
