100nm DOPC/CHOL Liposomes labeled with Rhodamine DHPE refers to liposomes composed of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) and cholesterol (CHOL), with the addition of Rhodamine DHPE (1,2-dihexadecanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(lissamine rhodamine B sulfonyl)) as a fluorescent label. Rhodamine can be used in FRET studies, providing a tool for investigating molecular interactions and conformational changes in membranes.
