Description

MB 680R DBCO. MB 680R is a bright and photostable near IR dye that emits fluorescence at about 700 nm in the borderline spectral region between far-red and near-IR. DBCO is a functional group known for its high reactivity in copper-free click chemistry, specifically in copper-free azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reactions. DBCO can react with azide-functionalized molecules to form a covalent bond. MB 680R DBCO can be employed for fluorescence imaging studies. The red emission is useful for reduced autofluorescence and increased tissue penetration.
