mPEG-Amine (mPEG-NH2, Amino-PEG, Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-Amine, Methoxy PEG Amine, Amino functionalized methoxyl polyethylene glycol) is a monofunctional polyPEG with a terminal amine. The coupling between NHS ester and amine produces a stable amide bond. The amine moieties is also reactive with carboxyl in the presence of activating agent, such as HATU or EDC.
