Gilteritinib Loaded Liposomes (Gilteritinib (ASP2215) Liposomes) are a pharmaceutical formulation in which the drug gilteritinib is encapsulated within liposomes. Gilteritinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) used in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It works by inhibiting multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, including FLT3 and AXL, which are involved in the growth and survival of cancer cells. Gilteritinib is indicated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory FLT3-mutated AML in adults.
