Mirdametinib Loaded Liposomes, DiD Labeled (Mirdametinib (PD0325901) Liposomes, DiD Labeled) refer to liposomes encapsulating mirdametinib, a MEK inhibitor, and labeled with the lipophilic fluorescent dye DiD (1,1′-dioctadecyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindodicarbocyanine). DiD is commonly used as a fluorescent tracer to visualize and track liposomal delivery systems in biological systems.
