Folate-PEG-Amine (Folic Acid-PEG-NH2, Folic acid-PEG-amine, Folate-PEG-NH2, Folate-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Amine) is a class of bioactive agents that can be used to determine drug or biological activity. Folic acid can deliver targeted drugs through affinity receptors with cell membrane receptors. Amino groups can easily form stable amide bonds with carboxyl groups, and can also form amide bonds with active esters (-NHS) at PH7-8.5.
