Description

SN-38 is an anti-tumor drug that is often linked to ADCs to be directly delivered to cells. It is a potent inhibitor of topoisomerase I, an enzyme involved in DNA replication and repair. By inhibiting this enzyme, SN-38 prevents DNA from unwinding and replicating properly, ultimately leading to cell death, particularly in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
