Description

TCO-PEG36-NHS ester is a long chain, monodisperse PEG linker. This compound can be used for the selective modification of biomolecules containing primary amines, such as proteins or peptides, through NHS ester chemistry. The resulting TCO-modified biomolecules can then be selectively reacted with tetrazines in IEDDA reactions for bioorthogonal labeling or conjugation purposes in biological systems.
