Description

TCO-PNB Ester contains two reactive substituents. TCO is a functional group known for its bioorthogonal reactivity with tetrazines in the inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reaction. This reaction is widely used in bioconjugation applications, enabling selective and fast labeling of biomolecules in complex biological systems. PNB refers to a chemical moiety containing a nitrobenzyl group. This group is often used in photolabile protecting groups in organic synthesis and drug delivery applications. Photolabile protecting groups can be cleaved upon exposure to specific wavelengths of light, allowing for controlled release of molecules or activation of biological processes.
