Description

NH2-PEG-COOtBu (Amine-PEG-tert-Butyl ester) can be used in the synthesis of various compounds. The amine group can be utilized for further reactions, and the tert-butyl ester can be selectively removed to expose the amine when needed. In addition, tamine functionality can be used for conjugation with other molecules, such as proteins, peptides, or drugs.
