mPEG-Silane (Methoxy PEG Silane, Methoxy Poly(ethylene glycol)-Silane, Silane-PEG) is a surface-grafting PEG polymer via interaction between ethoxyl silane and hydroxyl group of substrates. Reagent grade, for research purpose. mPEG-Silane can be used to modify the surface properties of materials, making them more hydrophilic and resistant to biofouling (the accumulation of biological matter on surfaces).
