Polylactic Acid/Paclitaxel Nano Fibers by Electrospinning promising candidates for various biomedical applications aimed at improving patient care and outcomes due to their tunable properties, controlled drug release capabilities, and biocompatibility. They can be utilized for localized cancer therapy. By implanting or applying these fibers directly to tumor sites, controlled release of paclitaxel can be achieved, leading to targeted destruction of cancer cells while sparing healthy tissues.
