Description

Gly-Gly-Gly-PEG7-methyltetrazine can be conjugated to peptides or proteins bearing complementary dienophiles, such as trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or norbornene (Norb), via bioorthogonal inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions. This allows for site-specific and selective labeling of biomolecules without interfering with native biological processes. In addition, the selective labeling facilitated by Gly-Gly-Gly-PEG7-methyltetrazine can be employed in various biological assays and detection methods.
