N-(acid-PEG3)-N-bis(PEG3-Methyltetrazine) is a branched PEG linker with two terminal methyltetrazines, which act as click chemistry handles to efficiently react with trans-cyclooctenes (TCO). The bioorthogonal reactivity of methyltetrazine with TCO allows for site-specific labeling of biomolecules in complex biological systems. N-(acid-PEG3)-N-bis(PEG3-Methyltetrazine) can be conjugated to fluorophores, imaging agents, or nanoparticles for fluorescence imaging, molecular imaging, or diagnostic applications. This approach enables precise visualization and monitoring of biological processes in vitro and in vivo.
