Acrylate-PEG-NHS (ACRL-PEG-NHS, Acryloyl-PEG-NHS, AC-PEG-SC) consists of a polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain attached to an acrylate group, which provides a reactive site for further chemical reactions. The N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester is a common reactive group used for amine coupling. The NHS ester in Acrylate-PEG-NHS is highly reactive towards primary amines, making it suitable for conjugating molecules containing amino groups.
