Description

Azido-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP can be incorporated into the synthesis of ADCs by chemically conjugating it to a targeting antibody or a cytotoxic drug payload. The azide group facilitates the bioconjugation process, allowing for the selective attachment of the ADC to the antibody via click chemistry. Upon binding to target cells expressing specific surface antigens, the ADC is internalized, and the linker is enzymatically cleaved, releasing the cytotoxic drug payload and inducing cell death.
