The alkyne group in “DADPS Biotin Alkyne” suggests its utility in bioconjugation strategies, particularly in click chemistry reactions. Click chemistry, such as copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC), allows for efficient and specific conjugation of biotin to azide-modified molecules.
