Description

UV Cleavable Biotin-PEG2-alkyne can be used to temporarily label biomolecules or surfaces with biotin. Upon exposure to UV light, the cleavage of the UV-sensitive group releases biotin from the conjugated molecule, enabling reversible capture and release of biotinylated targets. The UV cleavable functionality provides spatial and temporal control over biotin attachment and release. This is particularly useful in dynamic studies of protein interactions, cell signaling pathways, or in situ manipulation of biomolecules.
