Biotin-labeled ODN 1826 sodium refers to a specific oligodeoxynucleotide sequence where biotin, a vitamin essential for various metabolic processes, is conjugated to the sequence ODN 1826. ODN 1826 contains unmethylated CpG motifs. CpG motifs are recognized by Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) on immune cells, particularly dendritic cells and B cells, leading to activation of the innate immune response and subsequent stimulation of adaptive immune responses.
