Description

DIAT (3,6-Di(azido)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine) is a compound featuring a tetrazine ring with azido groups attached at the 3 and 6 positions. DIAT can be used to label or tag genes or proteins in genetic and proteomic studies. The azido groups can react with alkyne-functionalized tags to create stable labels for tracking and studying biomolecules. In addition, the azido groups in DIAT can undergo photochemical reactions upon exposure to light.
