Description

TCMC-Bn-SCN-PEG10-Tz can deliver radiation directly to tumors by conjugating with tumor-targeting vectors through the Bn-SCN linker. The Tz group allows for additional targeting specificity through click chemistry with TCO-modified biomolecules, ensuring that the radiopharmaceutical accumulates in tumor tissues and spares healthy cells. Besides, radiolabeling with appropriate isotopes (like 68Ga for PET) allows TCMC-Bn-SCN-PEG10-Tz to be used in molecular imaging. The tetrazine group enables selective targeting of specific biomolecules in vivo, resulting in high-contrast images of target tissues.
