Cy3 Tetrazine (Tz-Cy3 / Tetrazine-Cy3) is a fluorescent probe that combines Cy3, a widely used fluorescent dye, with a tetrazine group. Cy3 is a bright, fluorescent dye that emits in the green to orange spectrum (around 550-570 nm). Cy3 is commonly used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and other imaging techniques due to its strong fluorescence and stability. Cy3 Tetrazine can be used in flow cytometry to analyze and sort cells based on their fluorescence. The Cy3 dye allows for the detection of specific cell populations that have been labeled with TCO-modified probes.
