TAMRA Tetrazine (Tz-TAMRA）is a fluorescent probe that combines the strong red fluorescence of TAMRA with the bioorthogonal reactivity of tetrazine. TAMRA (Tetramethylrhodamine) is a fluorescent dye known for its bright red fluorescence (around 580-600 nm). TAMRA is widely used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and other imaging techniques due to its strong emission and stability. TAMRA Tetrazine is useful for studying protein-protein interactions by labeling proteins with TCO and visualizing their interactions using fluorescence.
