Description

Tetrazine-Ni-IDA is a coordination complex where the tetrazine moiety is linked to a nickel ion via the IDA ligand. It can be used in bioorthogonal labeling techniques. The tetrazine moiety reacts quickly and selectively with TCO or NB groups, making it useful for labeling and imaging in biological systems. Due to its ability to form stable complexes with metal ions, Tetrazine-Ni-IDA can also be used in imaging techniques that require metal-based contrast agents, such as MRI or X-ray imaging.
