Description

Azido-PEG3-DYKDDDDK is a chemical compound combining an azide group, a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer, and the DYKDDDDK peptide sequence. DYKDDDDK peptide sequence acts as a FLAG tag, which can be specifically recognized by anti-FLAG antibodies. It is useful for detecting, purifying, or immobilizing proteins. Azido-PEG3-DYKDDDDK can be used to label proteins with the FLAG tag for detection using anti-FLAG antibodies. The azide group enables further conjugation with fluorescent dyes or other detection tags.
