Description

Fmoc-D-Cys(StBu)-Chlorotrityl PEG-Polystyrene Resin has been used in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) to incorporate D-Cysteine (D-Cys) with a StBu (Stannyl) protection on the thiol group. The StBu protection provides enhanced stability, preventing oxidation or side reactions during peptide synthesis. This resin is ideal for the synthesis of peptides requiring disulfide bond formation, bioconjugation, and protease-resistant peptides. Its applications include the design of therapeutic peptides, targeted drug delivery systems, biomaterials for tissue engineering, and biosensors.
