Description

Fluorescent (DiD) Immunoliposomes-NHS (PEGylated) (Post-insertion), Lyophilized Powder are functionalized with NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide) groups that allow for covalent attachment of biomolecules, such as antibodies, peptides, or ligands. Additionally, the liposomes contain a DiD fluorophore, a near-infrared dye with excellent photostability, which allows for deep tissue imaging, even through biological barriers. The post-insertion modification refers to the functionalization step where DiD and other components are incorporated into pre-formed liposomes after their initial preparation. This approach allows for precise labeling and modification of liposomes without altering their encapsulation properties or overall structural integrity.
