Description

Fluorescent (DiA) Immunoliposomes-Glutaryl (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are lipid-based nanocarriers designed for targeted drug delivery, imaging, and therapeutic applications. These liposomes incorporate 4-(4-Dihexadecylaminostyryl)-N-methylpyridinium iodide (DiA), a lipophilic fluorescent dye. DiA inserts into the lipid bilayer, allowing real-time tracking of liposomes under fluorescence imaging systems. The inclusion of glutaryl modifications on the liposomal surface provides functional carboxyl groups, enabling the covalent attachment of bioactive molecules such as antibodies or peptides. Non-PEGylated liposomes rely on natural lipid compositions for their stability and targeting.
