Fluorescent (Pyrene lipid) Immunoliposomes-Biotinyl Cap (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder are useful for studying how liposomes are internalized by cells. The fluorescence emitted by pyrene provides an easy-to-track signal for observing liposome uptake via fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry. These studies are particularly valuable for understanding the mechanisms of liposome internalization, including receptor-mediated endocytosis and membrane fusion. Additionally, by combining the specificity of antibody-targeted immunoliposomes with the fluorescence of pyrene and the functionality of the biotinylated cap, these liposomes can be used in combination therapies.
