Description

Fluorescent (DiD) Immunoliposomes-Biotin (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can be used for targeted siRNA delivery to silence specific genes in cells. The liposomes encapsulate siRNA, and the biotinylated surface allows for targeting via biotin-streptavidin conjugation. This approach is beneficial for gene silencing in various disease models, including cancer, viral infections, and genetic disorders. In addition, immunoliposomes can be used to deliver immune-modulating agents, such as cytokines, antibodies, or immune checkpoint inhibitors, to specific immune cells (e.g., T-cells, macrophages, dendritic cells). These liposomes can modulate the immune response in a targeted manner, enhancing or suppressing immunity in cancer therapy, autoimmune diseases, or inflammatory conditions.
