Description

Fluorescent (DiI) Immunoliposomes-Dodecanylamine (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder combine liposomal drug delivery systems with targeted immunoliposome technology, fluorescence for real-time imaging, and non-PEGylated surface modifications for specific cellular interactions. These liposomes are designed to deliver therapeutic agents, such as drugs, nucleic acids, or other bioactive compounds, while enabling the tracking of their biodistribution and uptake using the DiI fluorescence marker. DiI is a lipophilic, cyanine-based dye widely used in fluorescence imaging. It is incorporated into the lipid bilayer of the liposome, providing a bright red-orange fluorescence signal upon excitation.
