Fluorescent (Rhodamine lipid) Immunoliposomes-Azide (PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder can be designed to target cardiovascular biomarkers such as those associated with atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, or vascular inflammation. By using the Rhodamine fluorescence, people can track liposome delivery to vascular plaques, measure the extent of inflammation, and study drug efficacy in treating heart diseases. Rhodamine emits red fluorescence (~580-650 nm), which is ideal for live-cell imaging, fluorescence microscopy, and in vivo fluorescence imaging. The fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine is useful for monitoring liposome integrity, membrane fluidity, and liposome-cell interactions, such as endocytosis or liposome fusion with target membranes.
