Fluorescent (NBD lipid (fatty acid tail)) Immunoliposomes-DBCO (Non-PEGylated), Lyophilized Powder provide a platform for targeted drug delivery, gene therapy, and molecular imaging, while offering real-time fluorescence tracking and precise functionalization via click chemistry. NBD lipids enable real-time tracking of liposomes in vivo or in vitro. This is useful for monitoring biodistribution, cellular uptake, and intracellular trafficking. Immunoliposomes can be loaded with therapeutic agents (drugs, genes) and targeted to specific cells or tissues based on the antibodies or ligands attached to their surface. The DBCO group allows for the conjugation of additional molecules (e.g., therapeutic agents, imaging probes) to the liposome surface through click chemistry, enabling highly specific and controlled modifications.
