Description

PG-based Fluoroliposome Containing Encapsulated Dextran-Texas Red, Lyophilized Powder is primarily used in bioimaging and cellular tracking. Texas Red, with its bright red fluorescence, enables non-invasive imaging of liposome distribution in biological systems. These liposomes can be tracked in vivo in animal models using techniques such as fluorescence microscopy, confocal microscopy, and whole-body imaging. In addition, the PG-based liposome serves as an efficient drug delivery platform, and the encapsulated Dextran-Texas Red can be utilized in various therapeutic contexts. The Dextran core can encapsulate a wide variety of hydrophilic drugs, including nucleic acids (e.g., RNA, DNA), peptides, or small molecule therapeutics.
