PLGA-PEG-MAL (PLGA-PEG-Maleimide, Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-b-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Maleimide) is a monofunctional amphiphile polymer with maleimide terminal which can react with thiol at physiological pH. It can be utilized in the synthesis of nanoparticles for drug delivery, imaging, or other nanomedicine applications, allowing for the conjugation of targeting ligands or imaging agents to the nanoparticle surface.
