Neutral L-alpha-PC/CHOL Fluorescent Liposome, DiD Labeled refers to liposomes primarily composed of a neutral mixture of lipids, including L-alpha-phosphatidylcholine (L-alpha-PC) and cholesterol (CHOL) which are labeled with the fluorescent dye DiD (1,1′-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindodicarbocyanine). They can be employed for various fluorescence-based imaging studies. These liposomes are used to visualize and study cellular uptake, membrane dynamics, and lipid interactions, with the advantage of near-infrared fluorescence.
