DBCO-PEG12-para-phenylboronic acid is a compound that combines three main components: a DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) group, a polyethylene glycol (PEG12) linker, and para-phenylboronic acid. DBCO is known for its bioorthogonal click chemistry reaction with molecules containing strained alkynes, such as tetrazines or trans-cyclooctene (TCO).
