Description

[111In]In-DOTA-PEG11-Tz combines ^111In for imaging, DOTA for stable metal chelation, PEG11 for improved pharmacokinetics, and tetrazine for bioorthogonal chemistry. Indium-111 is commonly used in diagnostic imaging due to its suitable half-life (about 2.8 days) for tracking and visualizing biological processes using Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT). DOTA is a chelating agent that forms a stable complex with ^111In. It ensures that the radiometal remains bound to the compound, allowing for effective imaging.
