15-[D(+)-Biotinylamino]-4,7,10,13-tetraoxapentadec-1-yne is a biotinylated reagent that combines a biotin tag with a tetraethylene glycol spacer and an alkyne group. The biotin tag binds strongly to avidin or streptavidin, enabling specific labeling, detection, and purification of biotinylated molecules.
