(2R,3R,1’S)-Aprepitant (5-[[(2R,3R)-2-[(1S)-1-[3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy]-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-morpholinyl]methyl]-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one) is a stereoisomer of the drug aprepitant, which is a well-known antagonist of the neurokinin-1 (NK1) receptor. Aprepitant and its stereoisomers, including (2R,3R,1’S)-aprepitant, work as antagonists of the NK1 receptor. The NK1 receptor is involved in the binding of substance P, a neuropeptide associated with pain perception and nausea. This product is available in kilograms.
