300nm Non-Fluorescent DOPC/CHOL Liposomes refer to liposomes composed primarily of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) and cholesterol (CHOL) without any fluorescent labels or probes incorporated into their lipid bilayer. Non-fluorescent DOPC/CHOL liposomes can be used as drug delivery vehicles for various therapeutic agents, including drugs, nucleic acids, and imaging agents. The liposomal encapsulation allows for controlled release and targeted delivery of payloads to specific tissues or cells, improving therapeutic efficacy and reducing off-target effects. In addition, liposomes composed of DOPC and cholesterol have been investigated as carriers for vaccine antigens and adjuvants. These liposomes can enhance the stability and immunogenicity of vaccine formulations, leading to improved immune responses and efficacy.
