4 arm PEG-Tetrazine combines the solubility and biocompatibility of PEG with the high reactivity of the tetrazine group. 4-Arm PEG-Tetrazine can be used to develop probes and sensors for detecting specific biomolecules or cellular events. The high reactivity of the tetrazine group ensures that these probes can form stable, detectable complexes with their targets. It can also be used to create cross-linked hydrogels through reactions with other tetrazine or strained alkene-containing molecules.
