4 arm-PGA (4 arm-Poly(glycidyl azide)) is a star-shaped polymer with a central core and four polymer arms extending outward, each functionalized with glycidyl azide units. The 4-arm-PGA structure allows for higher loading of azide groups compared to linear polymers. This increases the overall energy output, making it ideal for use in solid propellants or explosives.
