8-Arm PEG-Amine (8-Arm PEG-NH2) is a multiarmed PEG derivative with amine at each terminal of the eight arms. One hexaglycerol core connects all eight arms through ether bonds. The reactive primary amine or NH2 rapidly react with activated carboxyl acid such as NHS ester. Generally the product is supplied as free base, and may be offered as HCl salt if requested.
