8-Arm PEG-Biotin(1)/Alkyne(7) has two functional groups biotin and alkyne at specific ratio of 1:7. The alkyne group allows for covalent attachment to surfaces, enabling the immobilization of biotinylated biomolecules. This is relevant in the development of biosensors, microarrays, or other biotechnological platforms.
